What we collect

Account information (name, email, phone), home address for neighborhood matching, booking history, and payment details processed securely by Stripe. Provider onboarding includes background-check information processed by Checkr.

How we use it

To match you to your neighborhood, facilitate bookings and payments, run background checks, send transactional notifications, and improve the service. We never sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing privacy@getcurb.com. This is a placeholder document for V1 and will be replaced with a lawyer-reviewed policy before public launch.
