Frequently asked.

What does Curb actually take?+

10% of each completed job, and only when you actually get paid. No per-lead fees whether you win or lose, and no monthly dues. That's the whole cost of being on Curb.

When do I get paid?+

Every Friday. The homeowner's payment is secured when they book and released when the job's confirmed done. It's deposited straight to your bank — no invoices to chase.

Can my whole crew take jobs under my business?+

Yes. Add your team to your business account and jobs route to whoever's available. You manage the roster, and payouts roll up to you.

What are featured placements?+

Coming soon: businesses will be able to pay to be featured in specific neighborhoods and categories — so when a homeowner opens Curb in your market, you're front and center. Large recurring service contracts will also be auctioned to qualified providers.

What does the background check cover?+

Curb uses Checkr — the same screening service used by major platforms. It covers national and county criminal records, the sex-offender registry, and identity verification. Results typically return in 24–48 hours.

How is my service radius set?+

You set it at signup, up to 25 miles. Curb only surfaces bookings from homes inside that radius. Adjust any time from your profile.
